El evento se realizar\u00e1 este 31 de mayo en la Universidad de la Comunicaci\u00f3n La Secretar\u00eda de Turismo del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro reafirma su compromiso con el turismo de bienestar al participar en el evento \u201cYo Soy Mujer CDMX\u201d, encuentro que se realizar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 31 de marzo en la Casa UC (Central de Cultura de la Universidad de la Comunicaci\u00f3n) de La Condesa, en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico. \"\"\u201cYo Soy Mujer CDMX es una invitaci\u00f3n a reconectarnos, a fortalecer la empat\u00eda y el amor entre las personas, compartir herramientas que ayudan a la salud mental, f\u00edsica y emocional como son la danza ch\u00e1krica, constelaciones familiares y respiraci\u00f3n consciente, entre otras; ser\u00e1 una experiencia transformadora para todos los hombres y mujeres que quieran sanar, integrar y reconocer su energ\u00eda\u201d, asegur\u00f3 Roc\u00edo D\u00edaz Leal, organizadora de Yo Soy Congreso Hol\u00edstico.<\/p>\n

Destac\u00f3 la importancia de los espacios como este para fomentar el autoconocimiento, la sanci\u00f3n y la conexi\u00f3n con nuestra esencia.<\/p>\n
