Al respecto, Alma Meneses, Gerente General de Fundaci\u00f3n Helvex, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que &#8220;la industria tur\u00edstica est\u00e1 cada vez m\u00e1s consciente de la necesidad de implementar un sistema de administraci\u00f3n ambiental como el que ofrece el Distintivo. Prueba de ello es que a lo largo de ocho ediciones han participado 430 hoteles y nuestra proyecci\u00f3n, solo este a\u00f1o, equivale a una cuarta parte de \u00e9stos&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El Distintivo impulsa la adopci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas sostenibles, al brindar capacitaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica en el manejo de los recursos y el uso eficiente del agua en las distintas \u00e1reas de los inmuebles, logrando disminuir el consumo del vital l\u00edquido hasta en 30 por ciento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>De 2011 a la fecha, el Distintivo reporta resultados como:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>100 hoteles reconocidos en 16 estados del territorio nacional.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>400 millones de litros de agua y alrededor de 30 millones de pesos ahorrados.\u00a0 <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-748214 alignright\"
