Not having a Colombian restaurant featured in the 51-100 ranking can be seen as a missed opportunity to showcase the country’s culinary gems to a wider audience.<\/p>\n
However, this setback should not diminish the immense talent and hard work put in by the chefs and restaurateurs of Colombia. It’s only a matter of time before the world takes notice and includes Colombian restaurants in the upper echelon of global cuisine.<\/p>\n
