Las instituciones educativas tambi\u00e9n estar\u00e1n presentes como la Universidad de Guadalajara (UDG) con el Dr. Ramon Willman; por parte del Instituto Polit\u00e9cnico Nacional (IPN), la titular de la Unidad de Desarrollos e Investigaci\u00f3n en Bioprocesos (UDIBI), Dra.
