divisi\u00f3n de fuera del hogar de Unilever presenta una nueva ruta de su programa de formaci\u00f3n\u00a0\u201cAulas Gastrohoteleras\u201d<\/strong>, unas jornadas dirigidas a los principales cooks de distintas cadenas y hoteles independientes con el objetivo de dar a conocer algunas de las \u00faltimas tendencias en restauraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La \u00faltima jornada, que se ha celebrado en el <strong>Resort Hipotels Gran Playa de Palma en Mallorca<\/strong>, ha acogido a los cooks de las principales cadenas hoteleras de la isla para preparar la temporada alta para hoteles y las \u00faltimas tendencias hoteleras relacionadas con nuevos conceptos e innovaciones, tales como la optimizaci\u00f3n de mermas, la oferta de platos vegetarianos y flexitarianos, platos originales para ofrecer en el buffet con nuevas texturas y sabores y la organizaci\u00f3n de postres.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se plantean diversos retos como encontrar materias primas a buen precio, trabajar con proveedores que entiendan el contexto, encontrar private cualificado y, si no lo est\u00e1, poder formarlo en tiempo r\u00e9cord y mantener la ethical alta de todo el equipo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La formaci\u00f3n consta de un recorrido de\u00a0tres diferentes\u00a0tipos de buffets enfocados en la gesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente y personalizada<\/strong> del buffet. Durante los cursos se analizan aspectos como las compras y la relaci\u00f3n con los proveedores; conocimiento del\u00a0mercado en cuanto a precios y nuevos productos, entre otros, as\u00ed como la gesti\u00f3n del propio consumo y preferencias de los clientes.
