bodegas que son protagonistas traen a su en\u00f3logo, que ser\u00e1 quien explique todos los detalles de la misma, para entender mejor la cena: la cultura, el entorno, la historia\u2026 Porque la cena es protagonista, pero la bodega tambi\u00e9n. <strong>De hecho, la bodega se sienta de alguna manera a la mesa para acompa\u00f1ar la cena, exclusiva, realizada solo para esa noche. El art\u00edfice de la misma es el chef Luis Bartolom\u00e9, con experiencia en fogones como Mart\u00edn Berasategui, Maher o El Cenador de Salvador.<\/strong> Lleva liderando la cocina de NH Eurobuilding desde el a\u00f1o 2001. Su inspiraci\u00f3n siempre est\u00e1 arraigada a la tierra, a Castilla y a Navarra, por lo que su conexi\u00f3n con las bodegas tiene mucho sentido.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_406874\"
