Ha ocupado cinco veces el primer lugar en The World&#8217;s 50 Finest Eating places, una lista anual elaborada por William Reed Enterprise Media, y ha sido premiado con tres estrellas Michelin. Dirigido por el chef Ren\u00e9 Redzepi, <strong>el men\u00fa \u00fanico e innovador de Noma est\u00e1 basado en ingredientes de recolecci\u00f3n native,<\/strong> como cangrejo pardo hervido sobre pan plano o calabacines rellenos de larvas de abeja.
