Volaris, la aerol\u00ednea de ultra bajo costo que opera en M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos, Centro y Sudam\u00e9rica, recibi\u00f3 su avi\u00f3n n\u00famero 115 y aprovech\u00f3 para reforzar su compromiso de impulsar acciones que\"\" sensibilicen sobre la importancia de la inclusi\u00f3n en una de las industrias con menor representaci\u00f3n de mujeres.
\nComo parte de su cultura organizacional centrada en las personas, la aerol\u00ednea llev\u00f3 a cabo todo el proceso de entrega de la aeronave con un equipo administrativo, de mec\u00e1nicas y pilotos compuesto por mujeres.
\nLa aeronave A321neo, matr\u00edcula XA-VSR, fue trasladada del Delivery Center de Airbus en Hamburgo, Alemania, en un trayecto que pas\u00f3 por Keflavik, Islandia, y Gander, Canad\u00e1, hasta su destino final en el Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.
\n\u201cEs una experiencia indescriptible, por la emoci\u00f3n de traer el avi\u00f3n 115 y porque tenemos la oportunidad de escribir un \u2018pedacito\u2019 de la gran historia Volaris. \nEn promedio, la aerol\u00ednea tiene una capitana cada dos aeronaves. El total de mujeres pilotos representa alrededor de cinco por ciento, cifra similar a la de aerol\u00edneas internacionales como American Airlines y Air New Zealand, y arriba del promedio de la industria en M\u00e9xico (2.1 por\"\" ciento). De igual forma, 87 por ciento de los mandos operativos son ocupados por mujeres y 26 por ciento de los puestos de liderazgo los representan tambi\u00e9n mujeres.
\nVolaris es el primer operador de bajo costo en M\u00e9xico con una flota de 115 aviones. De estos equipos, 110 estar\u00e1n dedicados al mercado mexicano y estadounidense, y cinco al de Centro y Sudam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
