Aunque los trenes de la d\u00e9cada de 2020 son m\u00e1s funcionales y menos lujosos que los de hace un siglo, una <strong>nueva versi\u00f3n del Orient Categorical<\/strong> ofrecer\u00e1 la oportunidad de devolver los viajes en tren a su \u00e9poca dorada cuando salga de la estaci\u00f3n en un futuro pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n<p>Esta semana, el tren antes conocido como Nostalgie-Istanbul-Orient-Categorical estrenar\u00e1 un nuevo aspecto en la Feria Internacional de Arte Contempor\u00e1neo (FAIC) de Par\u00eds, actualizando uno de <strong>los dise\u00f1os m\u00e1s class=\"BaseWrap-sc-UABmB BaseText-fETRLB CaptionCredit-cSxGsC hkSZSE hxkzxe iOEyAO caption__credit\">Cortes\u00eda de Futur OE.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>El proyecto fue encargado por Guillaume de Saint Lager, vicepresidente de <strong>Orient Categorical<\/strong>, que tuvo la oportunidad de <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.admagazine.com\/galerias\/el-legendario-tren-expreso-de-oriente-esta-de-regreso\">revivir y restaurar el hist\u00f3rico tren<\/a> tras su sorprendente redescubrimiento en 2015 en alg\u00fan lugar de la frontera entre Polonia y Bielorrusia. Tras un largo proceso de negociaci\u00f3n, <strong>Orient Categorical tom\u00f3 posesi\u00f3n del tren en julio de 2018<\/strong>, momento en el que el arquitecto franc\u00e9s Maxime d&#8217;Angeac, conocido por la restauraci\u00f3n de la Maison Guerlain en los Campos El\u00edseos y por sus colaboraciones con casas de moda como Herm\u00e8s, se puso a trabajar en una restauraci\u00f3n con visi\u00f3n de futuro.<\/p>\n<p>Para d&#8217;Agneac, el objetivo no period simplemente revivir el aspecto del famoso tren, sino <strong>fomentar un di\u00e1logo entre su est\u00e9tica caracter\u00edstica y los 100 a\u00f1os de dise\u00f1o<\/strong> que han pasado desde entonces. &#8220;Del marco [del proyecto] surgi\u00f3 una decoraci\u00f3n sin \u00e9poca definida, inspirada en el <em>art d\u00e9co<\/em>, el Imperio y los estilos contempor\u00e1neos&#8221;, dijo d&#8217;Agneac en un comunicado de prensa en el que se detallaban los esfuerzos de renovaci\u00f3n: &#8220;La historia del tren se ha reescrito, esta vez trascendiendo las tendencias. Se ha ganado una reverencia especial el motivo de los ra\u00edles que Suzanne Lalique introdujo en los a\u00f1os 30, y que d&#8217;Agneac considera especialmente relacionado con la est\u00e9tica precise. La inspiraci\u00f3n de Lalique est\u00e1 incorporada en todo el dise\u00f1o de d&#8217;Agneac, desde los tabiques de madera y cuero hasta los elementos de dise\u00f1o del vag\u00f3n comedor que hacen referencia a sus tapices.<\/p>\n<p>Y lo que es a\u00fan m\u00e1s sorprendente, <strong>el nuevo Orient Categorical da cabida a una serie de<\/strong> <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.admagazine.com\/arquitectura\/art-deco-el-movimiento-inspirado-en-las-primeras-vanguardias-20200803-7211-articulos\"><strong>detalles<\/strong> <em><strong>art d\u00e9co<\/strong><\/em><\/a> que uno habr\u00eda encontrado en su viaje a Estambul. Entre ellos figuran l\u00e1mparas y paneles originales de Lalique, as\u00ed como marqueter\u00eda de Morrison y Nelson.
