<strong>en este convento de las clarisas hay uno de los mejores restaurantes de alta cocina de Cartagena de Indias.<\/strong> <strong>Y no se llama 1621 por casualidad, es un homenaje a los 400 a\u00f1os de historia que tiene el lugar<\/strong>. Es una mezcla de gastronom\u00eda francesa, cocina mediterr\u00e1nea y tintes de cocina caribe\u00f1a, as\u00ed que la fusi\u00f3n es interesante y exquisita.
