restaurantes a nivel mundial en su rating del 2022, considerado los Oscar del mundo gastron\u00f3mico, donde <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.elfinanciero.com.mx\/food-and-drink\/2022\/07\/18\/the-worlds-50-best-2022-los-restaurantes-mexicanos-pujol-y-quintonil-avanzan-al-top-10-mundial\/\" rel=\"noopener\">destacaron dos de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/a>: Quintonil, del chef mexicano <b>Jorge Vallejo<\/b>, llega al prime 10, mientras que <b>Pujol, de Enrique Olvera, al prime 5<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-xb1qmn-0 cgXrXK body-paragraph\">La clasificaci\u00f3n de <b>The World\u2019s 50 Finest<\/b> fue creada por la revista brit\u00e1nica <i>Restaurant<\/i> en 2002, en la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.elfinanciero.com.mx\/food-and-drink\/2021\/10\/05\/pujol-se-mete-al-top-ten-de-los-mejores-restaurantes-del-mundo\/\" rel=\"noopener\">han destacado los mexicanos incluso en su top 10<\/a>, cuenta con un panel de m\u00e1s de mil personas expertas en el ramo, as\u00ed como un proceso de votaci\u00f3n estructurado y auditado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-xb1qmn-0 cgXrXK body-paragraph\">Hace unos d\u00edas conocimos una \u2018probadita\u2019 de las mejores experiencias gastron\u00f3micas con la revelaci\u00f3n de una parte del listado, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.elfinanciero.com.mx\/food-and-drink\/2022\/07\/05\/the-worlds-50-best-2022-revelan-mejores-restaurantes-del-51-al-100-y-hay-3-mexicanos\/\" rel=\"noopener\">del 51 al 100<\/a>, en el cual destacaron cuatro restaurantes de M\u00e9xico y dos de cooks mexicanos en el extranjero.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-xb1qmn-0 cgXrXK body-paragraph\">En M\u00e9xico se encuentra: <b>Alcalde <\/b>(51), <b>Sud 777 <\/b>(52), <b>Rosetta<\/b> (60) y <b>M\u00e1ximo Bistrot <\/b>(89); asimismo, destaca Kol (73), en Londres, del<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.elfinanciero.com.mx\/food-and-drink\/2022\/06\/24\/santiago-lastra-el-chef-mexicano-que-forma-parte-de-la-50-next-class-of-2022\/\" rel=\"noopener\"> chef mexicano Santiago Lastra<\/a>, y <b>Cosme (69)<\/b>, de Nueva York, fue fundado por el mexicano Enrique Olvera, de Pujol, y es dirigido por Gustavo Garnica.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-xb1qmn-0 cgXrXK
