En la edicin 2022, lanzada hace unos das en Londres, 7 restaurantes espaoles se sitan en el High 100 mundial: Disfrutar (3), <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.expansion.com\/fueradeserie\/gastro\/album\/2022\/05\/13\/627e36a3e5fdea8f118b4617.html\" rel=\"noopener\">DiverXO <\/a>(4), <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.expansion.com\/fueradeserie\/gastro\/2021\/10\/05\/615ca121468aebd0508b45a2.html\" rel=\"noopener\">Etxebarri <\/a>(6), <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.expansion.com\/fueradeserie\/gastro\/2018\/07\/20\/5b45e71a46163f6b838b4635.html\" rel=\"noopener\">Elkano <\/a>(16), Mugaritz (21), Quique Dacosta Restaurante (42) y, en el tramo 51-100, Azurmendi (55). Adems, El Celler de Can Roca y elBulli (ya no operativo como espacio gastronmico), cuentan con un puesto vitalicio en &#8216;Better of the Greatest&#8217;, &#8216;corridor of fame&#8217; de ex lderes mundiales; mientras el gaditano Aponiente -fuera del High 100- ha ganado el premio como &#8216;Restaurante ms Sostenible del Mundo&#8217; en 2022.
