En este lugar se refugian cientos de especies, algunas \u00fanicas y en peligro de extinci\u00f3n (sobre todo en las comunidades mayas que a\u00fan se conservan), por esta raz\u00f3n es muy importante su preservaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Selva_Lacandona\" \/><strong>Selva Lacandona <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\" \/><\/h2>\n<p>Esta selva es el territorio con mayor diversidad en nuestro pa\u00eds ya que alberga m\u00e1s del 10% de las especies totales que habitan en M\u00e9xico, aqu\u00ed se encuentran m\u00e1s de 3 mil 400 especies de plantas, 625 especies de mariposas, 345 especies de aves, 84 especies de reptiles; adem\u00e1s se encuentra incluida en la Crimson Mundial de Reservas de Biosfera de la UNESCO desde el 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Se encuentra en el estado de Chiapas justo a la orilla del r\u00edo Lacant\u00fan, en donde habita una comunidad de Lacandones, es un grupo de ind\u00edgenas que son consideraos los protectores de la selva chiapaneca, los cuales conservan las tradiciones y religi\u00f3n de sus ancestros, tienen un lado salvaje, as\u00ed que no los molestes sino vas acompa\u00f1ado de expertos.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CWE9yFasPoe\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\" style=\" background:#FFF;
