{"id":295176,"date":"2022-03-31T21:33:30","date_gmt":"2022-03-31T21:33:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dimensionturistica.com\/es\/?p=295176"},"modified":"2022-03-31T21:33:30","modified_gmt":"2022-03-31T21:33:30","slug":"profeco-en-leon-recibe-en-3-meses-36-quejas-contra-agencias-de-viaje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dimensionturistica.com\/es\/profeco-en-leon-recibe-en-3-meses-36-quejas-contra-agencias-de-viaje\/","title":{"rendered":"Profeco en Le\u00f3n recibe en 3 meses 36 quejas contra agencias de viaje"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Le\u00f3n, Guanajuato.<\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0Este a\u00f1o en Le\u00f3n se han presentado <strong>36 quejas<\/strong> contra agencias de viaje por defraudar a sus clientes, inform\u00f3 la delegaci\u00f3n de la <strong>Procuradur\u00eda del Consumidor.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La delegada, <strong>Vanesa Montes de Oca<\/strong>, dijo que 4 ya fueron conciliadas, 2 a\u00fan no est\u00e1n conciliadas y hay 30 en tr\u00e1mite para hacer pagar a estas agencias de viaje \u201cfachada\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>LEE ADEM\u00c1S: <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.am.com.mx\/leon\/Guanajuato-e-commerce-Que-tan-seguro-es-comprar-en-Facebook-esto-aconseja-Profeco-20220319-0016.html\">La Profeco recomienda no hacer compras por Facebook<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"demasiada-publicidad\">\n<p>\u00bfDemasiados anuncios? <\/p>\n<p>Disminuir publicidad<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Es muy t\u00edpico que <strong>se anuncian por Fb<\/strong> con paquetes baratos muy atractivos que uno con la emoci\u00f3n no se fija, depositan dinero y confianza sin cerciorarse de que verdaderamente exista (la empresa o raz\u00f3n social o f\u00edsica) y tenga un domicilio en Le\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>La descripci\u00f3n coincide con la agencia de viajes <strong>Grama<\/strong>, de la que AM public\u00f3 que 22 personas la denunciaron por <strong><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.am.com.mx\/leon\/Estafa-en-Leon-Investigan-agencia-de-viajes-por-estafas-20220329-0134.html\">fraude por m\u00e1s de 95 mil pesos<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En 2021 se presentaron 255 por este tipo de fraudes ante la Profeco, de las que se conciliaron 184, 33 no se conciliaron y 38 a\u00fan siguen en tr\u00e1mite.
