{"id":283765,"date":"2022-03-08T08:12:14","date_gmt":"2022-03-08T08:12:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dimensionturistica.com\/es\/?p=283765"},"modified":"2022-03-08T08:12:15","modified_gmt":"2022-03-08T08:12:15","slug":"con-mas-viajes-a-la-isla-el-wonder-of-the-seas-otros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dimensionturistica.com\/es\/con-mas-viajes-a-la-isla-el-wonder-of-the-seas-otros\/","title":{"rendered":"Con m\u00e1s viajes a la Isla el Wonder of the Seas | Otros"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n                                <meta itemprop=\"isAccessibleForFree\" content=\"true\"\/><\/p>\n<p>El crucero m\u00e1s grande del mundo, el Surprise of the Seas, de Royal Caribbean, arrib\u00f3 ayer al muelle tres de San Juan durante su recorrido de inauguraci\u00f3n, y tiene programado regresar en otras cuatro ocasiones entre este y el siguiente a\u00f1o, lo que significar\u00e1 un impacto millonario para la econom\u00eda y el turismo del Pa\u00eds, asegur\u00f3 Marga L\u00f3pez, subdirectora ejecutiva de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Turismo.<\/p>\n<p>El barco, que cuenta con capacidad para 6,988 pasajeros, atrac\u00f3 a eso de la 1:00 p.m. y estuvo anclado durante ocho horas. Turismo estima que esta primera parada dej\u00f3 una inyecci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de $500 mil.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNosotros tenemos dos paradas (del Wonder of the Seas) este a\u00f1o con un impacto econ\u00f3mico de un mill\u00f3n de d\u00f3lares: hoy (ayer), 7 de marzo y la pr\u00f3xima parada, el 4 de abril. Hasta el momento tenemos pautadas tres (paradas) para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o\u201d, inform\u00f3 L\u00f3pez a <strong>EL VOCERO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Al son de pleneros y algarab\u00eda, as\u00ed recibi\u00f3 la Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Turismo a la tripulaci\u00f3n del crucero, que incluy\u00f3 a los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y los \u2018influencers\u2019 que rese\u00f1an el primer viaje de la nave. Asimismo, se hizo entrega de una placa, por ser San Juan el primer puerto en el que atraca la embarcaci\u00f3n desde que inici\u00f3 su itinerario.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDefinitivamente San Juan sigue siendo un puerto atractivo para ellos. Tenemos una gran variedad de lo que son excursiones, que es lo que buscan mucho las l\u00edneas de cruceros\u201d, asegur\u00f3 L\u00f3pez y a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la parada del Surprise of the Seas es una de las m\u00e1s de 17 que esperan tener esta semana de otros cruceros.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta embarcaci\u00f3n la l\u00ednea Royal Caribbean reanuda la ruta hacia la Isla luego de sacar a Puerto Rico del itinerario debido la orden ejecutiva para el manejo del covid-19 \u2014emitida el pasado 27 de diciembre de 2021\u2014 que exig\u00eda a los viajeros prueba de vacunaci\u00f3n o prueba negativa al virus con 48 horas o menos de realizada.<\/p>\n<p>Para la presidenta de Cruceros to Go, Daphne Barbeito, la llegada del crucero \u201ces muy importante desde varias perspectivas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00famero uno, porque de una manera se va aliviando el impase que hab\u00eda entre Royal Caribbean y el gobierno de Puerto Rico, cuando en diciembre decidieron cambiar las pol\u00edticas de entrada al Pa\u00eds y que ellos \u2014junto con otras l\u00edneas de cruceros\u2014 decidieron hacer un cese hasta nuevo aviso\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Barbeito, quien destac\u00f3 que al ser Puerto Rico el primer puerto de escala \u201clos pasajeros est\u00e1n \u00e1vidos de gastar (dinero)\u201d.<\/p>\n<div class=\"inline-asset inline-collection  subscriber-hide en Puerto Rico como puerto base, desde donde los cruceros puedan zarpar y volver a atracar, lo cual tendr\u00eda un impacto mayor en la econom\u00eda de la Isla. En abril est\u00e1 pautado la llegada de un crucero que tendr\u00e1 a la Isla como puerto base y el pr\u00f3ximo llegar\u00e1 en noviembre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Impacto econ\u00f3mico<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sectores del comercio, restaurantes, as\u00ed como proveedores de excursiones y gu\u00edas estaban listos ayer para recibir a los turistas, mientras hab\u00eda puertorrique\u00f1os que llegaron hasta el puerto para presenciar la llegada de la enorme embarcaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa llegada de cruceros atrae negocios aqu\u00ed a la Isla no solo para m\u00ed, sino para mis compa\u00f1eros, todos los que trabajan aqu\u00ed, transporte, gu\u00edas tur\u00edsticos, restaurantes, \u2018gift shops\u2019. El impacto econ\u00f3mico que tiene esto aqu\u00ed en Puerto Rico es en varios sectores de la econom\u00eda, no simplemente tur\u00edsticos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Carlos Fern\u00e1ndez, gu\u00eda tur\u00edstico de Scuba Canine Puerto Rico.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Gilberto Fern\u00e1ndez, artesano de 44 a\u00f1os que confecciona prendas y Reyes Magos con materiales reciclados y los vende en el frente portuario, indic\u00f3 que cada llegada de crucero es un alivio a la necesidad econ\u00f3mica que enfrenta el Pa\u00eds. \u201cA m\u00ed me parece fenomenal. Sinceramente, espero mucho dinero para los meseros, que ellos no cobran el m\u00ednimo como lo cobra todo el mundo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los que se acercaron para ver el Surprise of the Seas y tomarse un \u2018selfie\u2019 con la embarcaci\u00f3n de fondo, estuvo Luis Osorio, aficionado de los viajes en crucero, quien separ\u00f3 el d\u00eda para llegar a San Juan desde Fajardo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPara m\u00ed eso es algo esperanzador para la Isla, porque se demuestra que de nuevo estamos dando comienzo a la apertura para estos grandes buques visitando nuestra Isla. Venimos de una pandemia, de un tiempo donde la econom\u00eda en esta industria tur\u00edstica no se ve\u00eda funcionar en el Viejo San Juan y ya vemos el comienzo de que todo va a empezar a fluir\u201d, apunt\u00f3 Osorio.<\/p>\n<p>La majestuosa embarcaci\u00f3n Clase Oasis se comenz\u00f3 a construir en el 2018 y fue terminada el pasado a\u00f1o a un costo de $1.35 billones. Cuenta con cuatro piscinas, 10 jacuzzis, pista de patinaje, cancha de baloncesto, salones de spa, AquaTheater, Swimsuit Neighborhood, Household Swimsuit, entre otras atracciones.<\/p>\n<p>El Surprise of the Seas parti\u00f3 desde Fort Lauderdale, Florida, el pasado viernes, y realiz\u00f3 una parada en la playa Labadee, Hait\u00ed, seguido de San Juan, y posteriormente arribar\u00e1 en Coco Cay, en Bahamas.
