Reconocimiento avalado por las secretar\u00edas de Turismo, de Salud y del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social
\nLa Secretar\u00eda de Turismo del Gobierno de M\u00e9xico otorg\u00f3 el Sello de Calidad Punto Limpio al Restaurante Escuela Z\u00e9firo de la Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana.
\nUno de sus objetivos es propiciar la incorporaci\u00f3n de buenas pr\u00e1cticas de higiene en los modelos\"\" de gesti\u00f3n de las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas tur\u00edsticas, a fin de proteger la salud de sus clientes, de sus trabajadores y de las comunidades.
\nLa obtenci\u00f3n de este reconocimiento se suma al Distintivo H y Tesoros de M\u00e9xico, los cuales est\u00e1n orientados a la calidad y la excelencia en los est\u00e1ndares con que se opera en los modelos de negocios gastron\u00f3micos y tur\u00edsticos.
\nTambi\u00e9n ha sido galardonado con el Premio Tur\u00edstico de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico 2017, en la categor\u00eda Calidad Tur\u00edstica CDMX.
\nEl Sello de Calidad \u201cPunto Limpio V2020\u201d, es un reconocimiento que otorga la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo y est\u00e1 avalado por la Secretar\u00eda de Salud y la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social, para las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas del Sector Tur\u00edstico, entre los que se encuentran restaurantes, hoteles y cafeter\u00edas.
\nZ\u00e9firo ofrece una selecci\u00f3n de platillos elaborados con ingredientes y t\u00e9cnicas culinarias de la cocina mexicana contempor\u00e1nea. 40 alumnos de 9\u00ba y 10\u00ba semestre de la licenciatura en gastronom\u00eda cocinan y administran el restaurante.
