Por su contenido de saponina se obtiene de ella un producto related a un merengue, y \u201cla posibilidad de generar una estructura aireada convierte a este producto en un incre\u00edble sustituto vegano del huevo\u201d, explica Taha.<\/p>\n<p class=\"prose-text\">Las representantes tanto de Ecuador como de Bolivia compartir\u00e1n su conocimiento, t\u00e9cnica, saberes ancestrales e ingredientes para ofrecer una cena \u00fanica.
