La sede cambi\u00f3, despu\u00e9s de 14 a\u00f1os con Londres como anfitri\u00f3n; ahora se decidi\u00f3 realizar una gira mundial para que cada uno de los mayores destinos gastron\u00f3micos organice estos galardones cada doce meses y este a\u00f1o toc\u00f3 en Nueva York.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El jurado lo conforman 900 expertos connoisseur, entre cr\u00edticos, analistas, cooks, gastr\u00f3nomos y escritores que eligen sus restaurantes favoritos del a\u00f1o reciente.
