En septiembre hac\u00edan parte del sistema 9.006 bumangueses, mientras que en octubre subi\u00f3 a 9.813 ciudadanos. <\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Uno de los factores fundamentales de Clobi es impulsar la movilidad sostenible, incentivar el cuidado del medioambiente y reducir la contaminaci\u00f3n del aire. Poco a poco los ciudadanos van contribuyendo a fortalecer esos pilares y eso se refleja en la cantidad de kil\u00f3metros recorridos durante octubre que fue de 27.017, evitando la emisi\u00f3n de
