La renta media de la vivienda &#8216;prime&#8217; en la capital se sita en torno a los 22 euros el metro cuadrado al mes, ofreciendo rentabilidades del 4,3%. Los alquileres de sper lujo se sitan de media en los 24 euros metro cuadrado, con rentabilidades del 3,5%.
