(EUROPA PRESS) &#8211; <\/p>\n<p><!--     Content_1     --><\/p>\n<p>   El presidente del Comit\u00e9 de Asuntos Internacionales de la Duma Estatal de Rusia, Leonid Slutsky, ha tildado de &#8220;discriminaci\u00f3n por vacuna&#8221; las restricciones de viajes a la Asamblea Parlamentaria del Consejo de Europa para la delegaci\u00f3n rusa.<\/p>\n<p><!--     Content_2     --><\/p>\n<p>   Los miembros del equipo ruso enviado a Estrasburgo tendr\u00e1 que seguir una serie de restricciones en la ciudad francesa pues la vacuna rusa Sputnik V contra la COVID-19 no est\u00e1 reconocida por la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/p>\n<p>   &#8220;Las restricciones a los viajes por Estrasburgo para los miembros de la delegaci\u00f3n rusa son una de las formas de &#8216;discriminaci\u00f3n por vacuna'&#8221;, ha asegurado Slutsky en un comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>   Adem\u00e1s, el miembro de la Duma ha a\u00f1adido que esta decisi\u00f3n es &#8220;contraria al acuerdo sobre privilegios e inmunidades del Consejo de Europa&#8221; y que &#8220;viola el principio de igualdad&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>   Finalmente, ha asegurado que esta decisi\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea &#8220;no quedar\u00e1 sin una respuesta adecuada&#8221; por parte de Rusia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<p><em> &#8221; Fuentes www.notimerica.com &#8221; <\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#13;&#13;&#13;&#13;&#13;&#13;&#13; Archivo &#8211; HANDOUT &#8211; 21 January 2020, Russia, Moscow: Lawmakers attend a plenary session of the Russian State Duma.
