Junto con Virgilio Mart\u00ednez, convirtieron su restaurante en un referente de la gastronom\u00eda mundial que recibi\u00f3 el puesto m\u00e1s alto en el listado <b><i>Latin America &#8216;s 50 Finest Eating places<\/i> ( en tres ocasiones)<\/b>. Tiempo despu\u00e9s, Le\u00f3n y Mart\u00ednez abrieron Mil, un restaurante situado a 3500 metros de altura en Cuzco, que es tambi\u00e9n un centro de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>Kjolle es su primer proyecto en solitario. Desde hace tres a\u00f1os, en el restaurante se producen platos acorde con los ingredientes de temporada y la comida aut\u00f3ctona de la regi\u00f3n. El propio nombre de Kjolle procede de una flor de naranjo native que crece a gran altura.
