Renowned artist Paco Ruano bids farewell to the finale of “Ciclorama”

Entrevista: Paco Ruano: "Ciclorama" llega a su fin

As a traveler, it’s always exciting to discover new destinations and activities to explore. Recently, one such activity caught my attention – a cycling tour known as the “Ciclorama.” After doing some research, I learned that this unique bike tour was coming to an end, making it a must-do experience before it’s too late. But what exactly is Ciclorama, and why should you consider adding it to your travel itinerary?

To answer these questions, I reached out to the mastermind behind Ciclorama, Paco Ruano, who graciously agreed to do an interview. As he explained, Ciclorama is more than just a bike ride – it’s a way to experience a city’s history, architecture, and culture by exploring its streets and neighborhoods up-close and personal. With the help of an experienced guide, participants can immerse themselves in the local scene, gaining insights into the city’s past and present and discovering hidden gems that they might otherwise miss.

What sets Ciclorama aside from other bike tours, according to Paco, is its focus on quality over quantity. Unlike other tours that try to cram in as many sights as possible, Ciclorama takes a more relaxed approach, allowing participants to absorb the ambiance and enjoy the ride. Each tour is tailored to the group’s interests and pace, ensuring a personalized and unforgettable experience.

So why is Ciclorama coming to an end, you may ask? According to Paco, it’s a mix of factors, including changes in the city’s landscape and zoning laws, competition from other tours, and of course, the pandemic. While it’s sad to see Ciclorama go, it’s also an opportunity to experience this unique activity before it disappears for good.

Whether you’re a die-hard cyclist or simply looking for a new way to explore a city, Ciclorama is a must-do experience that is not to be missed. So pack your bags, hop on a bike, and prepare for an adventure you’ll never forget.
